Why Curb Appeal
The Need For Curb Appeal

It is a well documented fact that homes with excellent curb appeal sell considerably faster, and for more money
than homes lacking curb appeal.  Real estate experts tell us that as much as 50% of home buyers make their decision
within seconds of pulling up in front of a house, long before they step inside the front doo
r. They also tell us that
sellers can anticipate as much as a 10% premium in sale price of thei
r home if it has good curb appeal.
